CNC Turning

Disk Precision has a wide range of CNC turning and turn-mill machines with up to 9-axis capability. Our machines can handle product sizes with diameters below 10mm up to more than 400mm.

We use CNC turning and turn-mill machines from world-renowned machine tool manufacturers. Our CNC turning and turn-mill machines are well known for their machine rigidity, cutting speeds, and machining accuracies.

With the well-thought-out machining processes by our experienced engineers and the use of specially designed toolings and fixtures, our CNC turning and turn-mill machines are able to produce products with intricate designs, tight tolerances, and stringent surface finishing.

For products with complex and multiple milling features, our 3, 4, and 9-axis turn-mill machines give us the edge to compete in various industries like Oil & Gas, Automotive, Aerospace, etc. Our machines with sub-spindle provide enhanced productivity by allowing us to complete complex machining within one operation and perform simultaneous machining for both main and sub-spindles.

To ensure that we deliver quality products with our CNC machining and fabrication processes, we utilize state-of-the-art metrology equipment from established measuring instrument manufacturers during our manufacturing processes.

• Sourcing and purchasing the required raw materials.
• Performing the necessary CNC turning, CNC milling or CNC turn-mill operations.
• Performing in-house or out-sourcing special processes like double disk grinding, surface grinding, lapping, centreless grinding, horizontal broaching, heat treatment, coatings, welding, spray painting, etc.
• Sub-assembly or complete box build assembly with necessary product level testing per customer requirements.
