The Disk Precision Group started out as a machined shop in Singapore providing precision machined components. To date, we have grown into a total solutions provider to support our customers in industries like Automotive, Oil & Gas, Hard Disk Drive, Aerospace, Medical, etc.
To supplement our core machining services, we diversified into metal fabrication and will be investing progressively over the next few years to boost our capability and capacity in metal fabrication.
We aim to provide metal fabrication services to valued customers for metal structures with assembly or sub-assembly, welding, spray painting, etc. This allows Disk Precision to move up the value chain in our constant strive to provide total solutions to our customers.
With a full array of metal fabrication machineries and supported by our precision CNC machines, Disk Precision believes that we will be able to offer multi-faceted solutions to different customers in various industries.
Our supply chain network positions us as a total solution provider, with established partners in raw material supplies, tool design and supplies, surface coatings and heat treatments, logistics management, and the full array of precision engineering processes we do not currently manage in-house.
Disk Precision is embarking on the Industry 4.0 transformation journey. To enhance our competitiveness in anticipation of future challenges, we strive to drive all aspects of our manufacturing processes and robotics/automation with IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) and Industry 4.0.
