Competitive in-house CNC precision machining

With the support from our low-cost contract manufacturing sites in Malaysia and Thailand, we are able to offer total solutions to our customers at cost-competitive levels by using in-house machined components for sub-assemblies and box build assemblies.

In addition to our CNC machining capabilities, we are also able to provide other precision engineering processes (eg. precision grinding, lapping, broaching, coating, etc) in-house while getting support from external vendors for other special processes that we do not manage in-house.

Sub-assembly and box build assembly

Our ability to offer sub-assembly and box build assembly services to our customers allows us to provide total solutions at cost-competitive levels. This adds value to our core CNC precision machining services and allows Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to focus their valuable resources on the other aspects of a product life cycle.

Besides following customer’s specifications on assembly requirements, we also work with our customers on suggestions relating to assembly line setup and the necessary validation and product-level qualifying tests.
