Disk Precision has a wide range of CNC milling machines including 3, 4, and 5-axis vertical milling, 4-axis horizontal milling (double pallet), and drill & tap centres. Our machines can handle product sizes from below 10mm to more than 400mm.

We use CNC milling machines from world-renowned machine tool manufacturers. Our CNC milling machines are well known for their machine rigidity, cutting speeds, and machining accuracies.

With the well-thought-out machining processes by our experienced engineers and the use of specially designed toolings and fixtures, our CNC milling machines are able to produce products with intricate designs, tight tolerances, and stringent surface finishing.

For products with complex and multiple milling features, our 4-axis horizontal and 5-axis vertical milling machines give us the edge to compete in various industries like Oil & Gas, Automotive, Aerospace, etc. Double pallet characteristics provide enhanced productivity by eliminating the loading and unloading times.
